Privacy policy

1. Data we process

• Telegram ID and username: to run the bot and the partner program.
• Public wallet address you connected: to show positions and build transactions.
• History of trades made through the Service: token address, direction, amount, transaction signature. This data is public on the blockchain anyway.
• Technical data: IP address and time of requests to public checks, only for abuse protection, stored up to 24 hours.

2. Data we do not process

Private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, the content of your Telegram conversations. The Service technically does not request or receive them.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the agreement with the user (providing the Service's functions), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, statistics), consent (alerts about tracked wallets' trades, which can be withdrawn in the bot).

4. Sharing with third parties

To build transactions the wallet address and swap parameters are passed to the Jupiter aggregator and the Helius RPC provider. Market data comes from DexScreener. We do not sell or pass data to advertising networks.

5. Storage and deletion

Data is stored on a server in the European Union for as long as you use the Service. You can delete your account and related data with a command in the bot or a request to @eagletrd. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by the nature of the technology.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser local storage may be used to remember the connected wallet.
